10th anniversary of Aircraft Business Care GmbH

A project that started in 2013 was successfully completed at a maintenance facility. Conversion of a Falcon 2000 Classic to a completely new cockpit, overhaul of all engines, including the APU, and the whole aircraft was repainted. Two years of preparation, aging aircraft analysis and the planning of several hundred individual inspection tasks resulted in a successful outcome. The aircraft returned to regular flight operations for a very satisfied customer.

Another project was professionally completed at a maintenance facility: the first C-check plus a very large modification.

Aircraft Business Care GmbH becomes the fourth company in Baden-Württemberg and one of the first ten in Germany to receive Part-CAMO approval and a new approval number. One year of work, the complete reorganisation of the company, and the hiring of a second quality manager resulted in a successful outcome after a two-day audit by the German Federal Aviation Office. Support for two major C-checks, including significant modifications. For one of the C-checks we managed to achieve the record for the least number of findings on this aircraft type, even the aircraft manufacturer was very appreciative. Thanks to our preventive maintenance and analysis, we were able to achieve a really good result for the customer.
